Research findings that don't reach decision-makers in an actionable form don't change products. Communication formats for different audiences:

For design team: Detailed research report with full findings, evidence, and design implications. They need the depth to translate into design decisions.

For product managers: Executive summary with 5-7 key findings and a recommendation for each. One page.

For executives: The single most important thing users need that the product isn't delivering yet — one paragraph.
